These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the G Auto Shop website (gautoshop.com.au), our products, and our workshop services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & eBay Purchases

Products listed on this website are sold via our eBay Store. All payments, dispute resolution, and buyer protection are handled by eBay's policies. Prices shown are starting prices in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated and may vary based on configuration or shipping destination.

2. Workshop Services

Workshop services (logbook servicing, tyre fitting, installation, mechanical repairs) are provided at our Melbourne workshop. Service quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final invoices may include additional parts or labour discovered during the work, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Service bookings made via this website are subject to confirmation. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. No-show appointments may incur a fee equivalent to one labour hour.

4. Warranty

Carbon fibre products carry a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty. Aftermarket wheels carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months structural). Tyres carry the full manufacturer warranty. Workshop installations have a 3-month workmanship guarantee. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper installation by third parties.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled per the eBay return policy applicable to your purchase. For local pickups or workshop sales, contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss returns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of G Auto Shop or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without our written consent.

7. Liability

G Auto Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
